Rob Leonard – Drums
Legend says every kitchen party worth its weight in salt cod must have a Newfoundlander. Rob comes from a long linage of musical family members from Bell Island, Newfoundland. From playing the spoons at age six to drums at age eight, Rob was raised on traditional Newfoundland and Celtic music. Since then he has studied percussion with various local musicians. Every summer, he migrates back to Newfoundland where, on most nights, can be found haunting George Street. However, usually finds his way home for Sunday’s Jiggs dinner. Rob backs Steerage with a steady beat from the Rock, B’y.
